What are the technical requirements for using Relays?:
1. Rated voltage, setting range, power consumption and return factor of relay.
2, operation value limit error: under the reference condition, the relay each setting value limit error is not more than + 6%.
3, action value consistency: in the benchmark conditions, the consistency of the relay action value is not more than 6% set value.
4. Variation caused by temperature variation: the variation of the operating voltage is not more than + 5% at the nominal limit temperature.
5, action time: 1.1 times the actual action value, overvoltage relay operation time is not more than 0.12s (about DY-32 ~ 34/60C is not greater than 0.15s); in 2 times the actual action value, the action time is not more than 0.04s (about DY-32 ~ 34/60C is not greater than 0.06s); low voltage relay at 0.5 times the actual operation value when the operating time is less than 0.15s.
6 、 thermal performance: when the ambient temperature is 40 degrees, the relay can work under the long-term allowable voltage (see Table 1), without insulation and other components damage, and its coil temperature rise is not more than 65 degrees centigrade.
